Refrigeration oil separatoris used to separate the oil from the refrigerant mixed gas, promote the operation efficiency of the air -conditioning and save the energy. Its funcation is to take the oil and refrigerant from the compressor, this misture passed through the fliters and retaining board, to collect the oil and fall at the bottom, the refrigerant gas goes out the outlet. The fliters separate the oil from refrigerant which enters the condenser without oil. The oil gathered at the bottom where the floating ball separated needly valve is oil separator is higher than the pressure in the crankcase, so the oil will quickly return to the compressors. When the oil level drops, needle valves will be closed to stop refrigerant gas returning to the compressor. Oil seperator is used to in supermarket and airconditioning refrigerantion system.
